Terms of use
Version of 15 October 2026. The French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms set the rules for accessing and using the website and the game server "TicTocard Interactif", operated by TicTocard Interactif, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIRET 990 289 902 00019 — contact@tictocard-interactif.com. Using the Service means accepting them.
2. Access
Server access requires an account on the site, a current subscription (or a trial, or complimentary access), a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PC and FiveM. The FiveM game account is linked to the site account with a code shown at first connection. The player name must be the account's TikTok handle: viewers' actions are addressed by that name.
3. Rules of conduct
- Respect other players, streamers and their communities.
- No hateful, discriminatory or harassing speech; no illegal content.
- Do not share your access (one account = one person).
- No cheating, bug abuse, modification or disruption of the server or its resources.
- Comply with the terms of FiveM (Cfx.re / Rockstar Games), TikTok and the tools you use.
Any serious or repeated breach leads to immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Intellectual property
The site and server content (texts, images, modes, scripts, configurations) belong to the publisher or its licensors. The Customer may use them in their live streams; reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited. Grand Theft Auto V and FiveM belong to their rights holders; TicTocard Interactif is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
5. Streamed content
The Customer is solely responsible for what they stream and must follow TikTok's rules. The publisher is not liable for platform sanctions.
6. Reporting
Abuse can be reported to contact@tictocard-interactif.com. Possible sanctions depending on severity: warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination.
7. Changes and governing law
The publisher may change these terms; substantial changes are announced by e-mail or on the site. French law applies; French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer-protection rules.
