Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the subscription to the online game server "TicTocard Interactif" (the "Service") by TicTocard Interactif, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIRET 990 289 902 00019 — contact@tictocard-interactif.com (the "Seller") to any consumer (the "Customer"). Any order implies their full acceptance.

2. The Service

The Service is access to a hosted game server (FiveM platform, Grand Theft Auto V) built for interactive streaming: gifts and interactions received during a TikTok live trigger actions in the game. The Service is digital, provided at a distance and immediately after subscribing. It requires a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V on PC, the FiveM software, a TikTok account and an Internet connection, at the Customer's expense.

Each server hosts 32 simultaneous players; access is guaranteed within the slots available at connection time.

TicTocard Interactif is not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and is not affiliated with TikTok.

3. Price

Single subscription: €5 per month, no commitment. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (net prices). The Seller may change the price for future periods with at least one month's notice by e-mail; the Customer may then cancel.

4. Order, trial and payment

Orders are placed online: account creation (e-mail, password or Google account, TikTok handle), choice between automatic monthly renewal and a single month, then payment by bank card or, when offered at checkout, by PayPal, through Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). The Seller stores no payment data.

Free trial: on first subscription the Customer gets a 24-hour trial. A payment method is required; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, €5 is charged and the subscription starts. One trial per person: per account and per FiveM game account.

The order is confirmed by e-mail. Invoices are available in the account area.

5. Term, renewal, cancellation

The subscription is monthly. With automatic renewal it renews every month until cancelled; without renewal ("single month") it stops at the end of the paid month. The Customer can turn renewal on or off at any time from the account area.

Online cancellation: under article L. 215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may cancel at any time, free of charge, from the account area through the "Cancel your contract" function (summary, then "Notify the cancellation"). A confirmation is sent by e-mail. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: access stays open until then and nothing more is charged. No refund is due for the current period, except on withdrawal (section 6).

6. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw without giving reasons (articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Immediate performance: the Service starts upon subscription at the Customer's express request, given by ticking a box at checkout. Under article L. 221-25, if the Customer withdraws after performance has begun, they owe the Seller an amount proportional to the service provided until the withdrawal is communicated, based on the total price of the period (pro rata per day). The Customer acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed (article L. 221-28, 1°), i.e. at the end of the first paid period.

How to withdraw: through the "Withdraw" function in the account area, available throughout the period (article L. 221-21), or by e-mail to contact@tictocard-interactif.com, with an unambiguous statement (a model is in section 11). The Seller acknowledges receipt on a durable medium. Access is closed and the unused part is refunded to the original payment method within fourteen days. During a free trial nothing has been paid: nothing is due or refunded.

7. Refunds and availability

Apart from withdrawal, no partial refund is due for a started period. If the Service is fully unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons attributable to the Seller, the Customer may request a commercial gesture at contact@tictocard-interactif.com. Maintenance is announced in advance when possible. The Seller is not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (FiveM, Rockstar Games, TikTok, TikFinity, Stripe, hosting provider) or force majeure.

8. Customer obligations

Access is strictly personal: one account = one person = one game account. The player name must be the registered TikTok handle. The Customer follows the server rules and the terms of use; any cheating, attempt to modify the server or abusive behaviour leads to immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to proven direct damages, up to the amounts paid by the Customer over the last three months. The Customer is solely responsible for the content streamed and for any platform sanctions.

10. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the Customer first contacts contact@tictocard-interactif.com to seek an amicable solution. The Customer may bring the case before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred.

Model withdrawal form: "To TicTocard Interactif, contact@tictocard-interactif.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the TicTocard Interactif subscription, subscribed on [date], under the e-mail address [address]. Name, date."
